We're taking on the 28 Miles in February to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.
Together clients and staff will be walking, wheeling, supporting, or taking part in any way that works for all.
Regardless of how we will be moving 28miles, and raising valuable money and awareness to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile we cover and every pound we raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
