I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
As many of you know, my best friend Gini, lost her husband to suicide in November so in Richie's memory we are taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UKIWe will be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
