I'm taking on 31 Miles this August for Mental Health UK

This August, I'm taking on 31 Miles in August to raise money for Mental Health UK.

I'm walking, running or rolling 31 miles throughout the month to help ensure more people can access the mental health support they need, when they need it most.

This past year I’ve had a crazy tango with my own mental health to the point where I knew change was a necessity. As a male I felt I had to be stronger, be better, more mentally strong than my peers. This only fans the flames inside. That mentality of ‘man up’ is so toxic.
I spoke to doctors, therapists, tried new medication, made art, made music, started a new gym, everything I could to make myself better.

Starting that step is by far the hardest, but after that it only gets better.

My journey hasn’t ended. It will be with me until the end, my mental health is something I live with rather than fight with and I’m okay with that now!

I’ve known people who have left this world at their own hand and many around me have experienced this. I’m sure you have to… which seems wild to say but here we are. I encourage you to be better for the people around you but first and foremost, yourself. Save yourself by becoming the best version you can and in turn everything will fall into place.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help Mental Health UK continue providing vital services, information and support to people across the UK.

If you're able to, I'd be so grateful if you could sponsor me. Your support will help keep me motivated throughout the challenge and make a real difference to people's lives.

Thank you so much for your support!
