I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
As someone who has struggled massively with mental health this is something extremely close to my heart and we need to have so much more support regarding mental health and the services surrounding it.
