On 11 October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant sponsored walk shining a light on mental health. I’m proud to be supporting Mental Health UK, a charity that provides life-changing support to people across the UK affected by mental health challenges.

Saturday 30th Aug It’s been 4 yrs since my last fundraiser and 4 years waiting for support. My mental health has been bad and got worse since my Tourettes has got worse. If wasn’t for organisations like Me gal health UK, rethink, calm, Samaritans and mind, me and people like me who internalise their struggles would not be here.The mental health system is being overlooked by the government. These organisations need our help
