Sunday 13th Oct Supporting mental health is about creating a culture where individuals feel understood, valued, and empowered to seek help. It involves actively listening without judgment, encouraging open conversations, and recognizing the signs when someone might be struggling. Providing support can be as simple as checking in with a friend, offering a safe space to talk, or advocating for mental health resources in workplaces and communities.
