Sponsor Nicole’s London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health Uk!
Saturday 29th MarI am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon (by myself ahh) on 6th April 2025 to raise money for Mental Health UK.
Mental Health UK is such an important cause and one that is close to my heart.
1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England and 1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts over the course of their lifetime. Charities like these are so essential in giving the right support to people who need it.
Mental health is something which affects so many people and without the right support it can be so damaging. I am running for my sister who has battled with her own mental health for a number of years now, and in memory of her best friend Clare who tragically took her own life in 2023 after a long battle with her mental health.
I am so proud of my sister every day and she is so strong, but I know there are many people out there who rely on charities like Mental Health UK to support them to keep fighting their fight everyday.
So please donate whatever you can and help me to reach my target with just a week to go!!
