I’ve decided to do this for a reason much closer to home this year.
I’ve always known mental health is a big thing but I’ve unfortunately found out first hand how it is SO important.
I always tried to be the ‘strong’ one that didn’t need anything. But after suffering myself so deeply these past months, Ive realised it’s something that isn’t spoken about enough.
I have the absolute best support system around me possible and I owe still being here to do this to them.
So, Me and Ralphie boy are going to do the 31 miles in May for Mental Health UK.. for us, for the people that supported us & for everyone that’s ever felt the way we have.
1 in 4 people in the UK has experienced a mental health problem. We won’t stop until everyone has the tools they need to live their best possible life.
