I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

Tuesday 17th Feb🏃♂️ 20 miles completed
💛 £60 raised so far
Every mile has been a reminder of why this matters.
Mental health isn’t always visible. It doesn’t always show up in obvious ways. Sometimes it’s quiet. Sometimes it’s exhausting. Sometimes it’s just getting through the day.
Running 20 miles hasn’t been easy especially in February but that’s kind of the point. It’s a small physical challenge to reflect something much bigger that so many people carry daily.
To everyone who has donated so far thank you. Honestly. Your support means more than you probably realise. It’s helping turn miles into something meaningful.
There are 8 miles left to go, and I’m determined to finish strong.
If you’ve been thinking about donating or sharing the page, there’s still time. Every pound raised helps support mental health awareness and services that genuinely change lives.
Let’s keep the momentum going.
8 miles. One cause. One step at a time.

All the best brother!
