I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK, and also as a personal ambition to keep my fitness levels up.Mental health has substantially affected myself as an individual and some close friends and family. I do gym and exercise as it is so I thought I could combine that with raising some fundraising money for Mental Health UK.
