I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Having suffered mental health myself i know how hard it can be i still have my good and bad days the only thing is i dont like to talk about my problems so i suffer more sometimes the only thing that helps me is listening to music i am doing this to raise awareness for others please help others thank you
