I have suffered with my own mental health for years, with it resulting in a mental breakdown in 2020. This was a terrifying thing to go through and I am very grateful to still be here today! 

It's okay not to be okay, and reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. 

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or any other mental health challenge, remember that you are not alone. There are resources, professionals, and support systems ready to help.
