I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.


Poor mental health is rising fast - and too many people are reaching breaking point. 
I too suffer with mental health and for me to motivate to do this every day in febuary is the biggest step for me sometimes I don’t have the motivation to brush my hair so please by you donating shows that people do Beleive in me and give me the kick I really need! I had a baby 6 months ago my 3rd baby (I will be jogging with him in push chair in front of me and this is not just a step up in my mental health struggle this is also a chance for me to start loosing weight which I have struggled with after this 3rd baby I have always been size 8 skinny as anything and this time round I really carnt shift it I am now pushing a size 12-14 and it making me so down so this the motivation kick to do it for others not just myself so please suppourt me in my journey I will appreciated it so much ! 


I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
