as a person who has struggled continuously with mental health throughout my life, and with this years theme being “movement” i thought it would be a perfect opportunity to spread awareness in mental health sector, as skating & movement have both played a fundamental role alongside my journey with mental health, which i also know that is something that a lot of the skate community with resonate with.
