Running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on My Birthday💙
Thursday 19th FebThis year, I’m doing something different for my birthday. Instead of celebrating in the usual way, I’ll be taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for Mental Health UK.
Mental health is something very close to my heart. Through all my ups and downs, running has helped me get through the toughest times. It clears my mind, keeps me grounded, and reminds me that no matter how hard things feel, there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
Mental Health UK does amazing work supporting people when they need it most, and I’m proud to be running for such an important cause.
