I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

So I went for a run this morning and when I connected my Strava to here it’s some how decided to add that to this so I’ve disconnected it until February

My battle

Sunday 11th Jan

Hi everyone,

I’m excited to share that I’m taking on a 28-mile challenge this February to raise funds and awareness for Mental Health UK. Over the years, I’ve navigated my own mental health struggles, and last year, I received a diagnosis of ADHD. This insight has been incredibly important in understanding my experiences and the challenges I’ve faced.

This challenge is close to my heart because it’s not only about raising funds but also about raising awareness and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Mental Health UK plays a crucial role in providing support, resources, and advocacy for those who need it, and I’m honored to contribute to their mission.

Thank you so much for your support, and I look forward to sharing my journey with you!
