Never thought I would be doing this!
Wednesday 28th Aug I have always been a big lad (read husky, fluffy, big-boned, large and in charge and DAYUMM!) but recently I have lost weight, been exercising more and found that my mental health has improved. Combine this with friends, family, loved ones all seeming to suffer with one mental health condition or another and my studies in Psychology so I can be a therapist and support others, this seemed like a perfect way to give back and support a charity that can help people positively!
