I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - that's walking with my dog Frank my support dog - and raising at least £150 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Through out the years I have suffered hugely with my mental health and it’s an awful thing to go through as well as our families. There’s nothing more than for me to want to help support this to help others out there what desperately need it.
