I’m taking on 10 Miles in 10 Days for Mental Health UK
From 1-10th of November, I’m taking on the 10 Miles in 10 Days challenge to celebrate World Mental Health Day and support Mental Health UK.
I’ll be moving 10 miles — whether that’s walking, running, cycling, or wheeling — and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
