I'm taking on 31 Miles this August for Mental Health UK

This August, I'm taking on 31 Miles in August to raise money for Mental Health UK.

I'm walking, running or rolling 31 miles throughout the month to help ensure more people can access the mental health support they need, when they need it most.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help Mental Health UK continue providing vital services, information and support to people across the UK.

If you're able to, I'd be so grateful if you could sponsor me. Your support will help keep me motivated throughout the challenge and make a real difference to people's lives.

Thank you so much for your support!

💚 31 Miles in August for Mental Health 💚

Tuesday 14th Jul

This August, I’m taking on the challenge of walking 31 miles to support Mental Health UK.

Mental health affects everyone—men, women, children, young people, and older adults. Too many people are struggling in silence, feeling alone, or believing they have nowhere to turn. That needs to change.

As a nurse, I’ve seen how important it is to look after not only our physical health but our mental wellbeing too. Sometimes the kindest thing we can do is check in on someone, listen without judgement, and remind them that they matter.

I’m walking to help raise awareness, encourage conversations, and support a charity that provides vital help to those who need it most. Every step is for the people fighting battles we can’t always see.

If you’d like to support me, whether by donating, sharing this post, or simply checking in on someone you care about, I’d be so grateful.

Let’s remind everyone that it’s okay not to be okay, and that no one should have to face their struggles alone. 💚
