GLOW up London with Mental Health UK
On 11 October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a colourful sponsored walk that shines a light on mental health. I’m walking for Mental Health UK, a charity close to my heart that offers life-changing support to people right across the country.
Mental health is something I’ve experienced personally, and I’ve also seen how it impacts the people around me. That’s why this cause means so much.
