London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
I'm taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
I want to make a difference to people affected by mental health problems. Every donation, no matter how big or small, brings us one step closer to a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. Let's turn awareness into action and create a brighter future for all.
Mental Health UK is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are at the forefront of driving positive change within the mental health landscape.

My Why
Thursday 13th MarThere are many people out there who believe that life is supposed to be hard, that it doesn’t get better, and that the best they can do is survive while searching for a tiny ray of light. I’ve been there. And I know that sometimes, asking for help feels impossible or that help itself is out of reach.
I’m running this Half Marathon for those people—because it is okay to ask for help, and things do get better.
That’s why I’m proud to be fundraising for Mental Health UK, hoping to support others however I can and inspire more people to do the same.
