Hello everyone 

I’m new to this malarkey but I’m currently on a fitness journey and I thought why get the steps in just for my benefit when I can help others with a charity close to my heart ❤️ 

For those that know me well my loved ones have suffered significantly with their mental health due to trauma but by god I’m mega proud at how they have battled and still continue to battle with this illness. I’m doing this for them and others who suffer every day 

Please help me achieve this I’ll do the graft all you have to do is donate 🥰
