On 11 October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant sponsored walk shining a light on mental health. I’m proud to be supporting Mental Health UK, a charity that provides life-changing support to people across the UK affected by mental health challenges.

Saturday 11th Oct Myself and Brett took on the walk today hoping to just raise awareness and try to have a smile on our faces throughout the day. We started at the back of the pack but quickly made our way through to the front. We followed our map although some others got diverted and we had got caught up in some protests. Nonetheless, we led the pack from the 4th kilometre and it was that way until the end. We completed our 20km walk in 3 hours and 4 minutes!
