Join the Movement: Fundraising for Mental Health UK
Hi there!
I'm excited to share that I will be participating in the 20k GLOW walk around London, on the 19th October, to support Mental Health UK.
I’m no stranger to the commitment of walking long distances to raise funds for causes I care about, having done it on multiple occasions.
2017: The BIG Charity Run (10k)
2020: The Mind Walk (10k)
2022: Trolley Dash (20k), with Flying Start and Comic Relief, helping the Disasters Emergency Committee
2023: The Winter Walk (Half Marathon)
Mental health is a cause close to my heart and I believe that every little bit helps. Whether it's a small amount or a more significant contribution, your support can make a huge difference. Together, we can offer hope and assistance to those who need it most.

I love everything about this and hope it goes great. No awful wordplay in the good luck message either as Walk by Pantera is stuck in my head and doesn’t really fit the vibe of a GLOW walk for Mental Health.
