I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

Mental Health Support
Thursday 22nd JanMental health support is important because it helps people feel less alone during difficult times. Having someone to talk to and the right support can make a big difference to how people cope day to day. By supporting mental health services, we help ensure that everyone has access to care, understanding, and hope when they need it most.
