Looking forward to the challenge!
Wednesday 8th MayThe more I learn about how to take care of my mental health the
more I realise that physical and mental health are linked. If one feels good,
generally so does the other! I am, therefore, looking forward to the 31 Miles in May challenge- to get myself moving more and fundraise for
an awesome cause while I’m at it!
