I'm taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
I am running for Mental Health Uk after spending a series of months heavily struggling with mental health, in which (alongside other things) it was suggested to me to try running. While not a fix all, signing up for a half-marathon and being forced to keep to a schedule has been a game changer in comparison to other outlets. The importance of physical and mental support, especially for young people and their families is something we need to be constantly spreading awareness of.
Mental Health UK is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are at the forefront of driving positive change within the mental health landscape.
