Join the Movement: Fundraising for Mental Health UK
Im lacing up my running shoes to tackle the Berlin Marathon on the 21st September, all in support of Mental Health UK. This marathon isn’t just a test of endurance; it’s a commitment to raising awareness and funds for mental health support.
Mental health challenges affect us all, directly or indirectly. By choosing to run for Mental Health UK I aim to contribute to their vital work in providing resources, Support and a voice for those facing mental health issues.
Why I’m running:
Many people I know have faced mental health challenges and knowing those close to me are heavily affected and those beyond is heartbreaking. By supporting this charity it will help these people who need it most.
As people will know i have ran marathons before, though this time I am aiming for a time of Sub 4 (!!!) which for me will be an extreme challenge. as I have only ran marathons over 5 hours.
