I'm taking on 31 Miles this August for Mental Health UK

This August, I'm taking on 31 Miles in August to raise money for Mental Health UK.

I'm walking, running or rolling 31 miles throughout the month to help ensure more people can access the mental health support they need, when they need it most.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help Mental Health UK continue providing vital services, information and support to people across the UK.

If you're able to, I'd be so grateful if you could sponsor me. Your support will help keep me motivated throughout the challenge and make a real difference to people's lives.

Thank you so much for your support!

Every Step Matters: My 31 Miles for Mental Health Challenge

Sunday 5th Jul

This August, I'm taking on the challenge of walking 31 miles to raise money for mental health.

For me, this is more than just a walking challenge. Mental health is something that has touched my own life, and I know how difficult those struggles can be. There have been times when I've found things overwhelming, and I understand how important it is to have support, hope, and people who care.

That's why I've decided to take on this challenge. Every step I walk throughout August will be for everyone who is struggling with their mental health, those who have supported loved ones through difficult times, and for the organisations that work tirelessly to make sure no one has to face those challenges alone.

Walking has become a way for me to clear my mind, reflect, and appreciate the little things. Some days will be easier than others, but that's a reminder of what mental health can be like too. Progress isn't always measured by giant leaps—sometimes it's simply putting one foot in front of the other.

If you feel able to support me, whether by making a donation, sharing my fundraising page, or simply encouraging me along the way, I would be incredibly grateful. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help make a difference.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for supporting this challenge. Together, we can help break the stigma surrounding mental health, encourage more open conversations, and remind people that they are never alone.
