I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count as I’ve been suffering with poor mental health over the last year and struggling to get out I’ve decided to take on this challenge to focus and find fight back against poor mental health. I will be walking a mile a day with my dog to help me build up resilience and confidence towards getting out into the world again this will be a challenge for me but one I am determined to achieve
