I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be walking 28 miles - im hoping to raise at least £150 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

My Updates
A walk for a purpose
Wednesday 21st JanThis February, I’m taking on a personal challenge that’s really close to my heart, i will be walking 28 miles in support of mental health.
Mental health affects so many of us whether it’s directly or through someone we know. Yet it’s still something that doesn’t always get the attention, understanding, or support it deserves. That’s why I have decided to do something positive.
The challenge is simple but meaningful, 28 miles over the 28 days of February. That’s roughly a mile a day manageable, but still a commitment. Each walk is a reminder that small, consistent steps can make a big difference, just like when it comes to mental health.
If you would like to help,
- Donate if you’re able every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference.
- Share this post to help spread awareness.
- Cheer me on.
I will be sharing my updates along the way. Thank you so much for your support, it truly means the world to me.
Here’s to fresh air, moving our bodies, and supporting better mental health for everyone 💙👟
