Challenge
Wednesday 7th May I have challenged myself to walk 131 miles instead of the 31 for mental health UK. Push myself to take more walks daily for my own mental wellbeing. Share
Let’s do this
Tuesday 29th AprThis May, I’m taking on a challenge to walk 31 miles—one mile for every day of the month—to raise awareness and funds for Mental Health UK.
Mental health affects so many of us. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed, these struggles are real—and often invisible. Too many people suffer in silence, unsure of where to turn or how to ask for help. That’s why I’m putting one foot in front of the other all month long: to show support, raise awareness, and help fund the vital work Mental Health UK does every day.
Mental Health UK supports people with practical advice, resources, and services across the UK, helping them cope with mental health challenges and get their lives back on track.
Every donation—no matter how big or small—will help provide life-changing support for someone in need. If you’re able to contribute, I’d be incredibly grateful.
Let’s keep moving forward—together.
Thank you for your support!
