I am doing 31 Miles in May for Move it for Mental Health 2025, supporting Mental Health UK.
I have suffered with Mental Health issues from a young age and have always struggled with them. I am doing this to show others that no matter how hard and tough life may feel, it does get better and there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
1 in 4 people in the UK has experienced a mental health problem. We won’t stop until everyone has the tools they need to live their best possible life.
