Join the Movement: Fundraising for Mental Health UK
Mental health is something we don’t talk about enough, but it’s something that affects us all—whether directly or through the people we care about. For me, this walk is personal. I’ve seen how mental health struggles can creep up on people, often unnoticed, and how they can impact every aspect of life. The weight of anxiety, stress, or depression can be heavy, and I’ve watched people around me struggle with it in silence. That’s why I’m stepping up—literally—for the GLOW Walk in London.
This walk is more than just raising funds for Mental Health UK. It’s about taking action, about reminding people that it’s okay to ask for help and that support is out there. I’m walking to make sure the stigma surrounding mental health continues to be challenged, and to help provide resources for those who might feel like they have nowhere to turn.
Mental Health UK does incredible work, from offering helplines to running community programs that change lives. By joining this walk, I’m supporting their mission to give more people the tools and guidance they need when things get tough. No one should have to carry that weight on their own, and if this walk can help even a few people get the support they deserve, it’s worth every step.
If you can, I’d really appreciate your support—whether through a donation or by spreading the word. Every contribution helps, no matter the size. Together, we can help create a world where mental health is treated with the care and urgency it deserves.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
