GLOW up London with Mental Health UK
On 11 October, Crumpet and I are lighting up London for GLOW, a vibrant sponsored walk shining a light on mental health.
You wouldn’t think that in 2025, talking openly about mental health, or being intentional about looking after it, would still be taboo. But it is. And that needs to change!
We all have mental health. Just like physical health, some people are naturally stronger, and others need more support…and that’s okay. What matters is making sure no one has to face it alone.
That’s why I’m raising money for Mental Health UK, a charity providing life-changing support, helplines, and resources for people across the country.
With Crumpet by my side, I’ll be helping to turn London’s streets into a sea of hope, strength, and solidarity.
