GLOW up London with Mental Health UK

I wanted to share that I’ll be taking part in the 20km GLOW Walk in London on the 11th of OCTOBER to raise money for Mental Health UK. This cause is incredibly close to my heart… Poor mental health turned my world upside down, and without the support of community mental health teams, therapy, and the incredible people behind these services, I honestly don’t know where I’d be today.

I want to give back, even a little, to something that did something so HUGE for me. Any support, whether through a donation or simply sharing this, would mean the world.
