I'm taking on the 28 Miles/45K in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles/45K in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be running the full 28 miles, or 45K on my treadmill, which works out at just under 2K a day in this shorter month!
Every mile/KM I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
