I am taking part in Move it for Mental Health! Please support me and donate today.
Mental health issues affect lots of us and sometimes it’s difficult to accept. I didn’t want to accept that I had post natal depression after having my beautiful baby girl, I also don’t expect to be diagnosed with Mixed Anxiety and Depressive Disorder. There is such a stigma surrounding mental health and it’s something I feel very very strongly about supporting… So I’ve signed up to the move it challenge… I need to complete 31 miles of either walking, running or cycling etc in May.. you’re all welcome to join me if you’d like to!

Sunday 19th Apr I’m so excited to be able to raise money to support Move it for Mental Health. As most of you will know (I’m an over sharer), I suffer with my mental health. I was diagnosed with post natal depression in March 2023 and in April 2025 I was diagnosed with Mixed Anxieryy and Depressive disorder. I have family and friends that suffer with their mental health and we are all lucky as we all share how we are feeling. We can now, but we haven’t always been able to. Unfortunately, some people go through these struggles online, with nobody to speak to, not knowing where to go for help, feeling ashamed of how they are feeling…Thank you to my Sponsors
