Mental health is something that can affect us all. Adults and children. It is not always easy to get the support needed so I want to try and raise money to help with this. Every little bit helps. You never know when your mental health will be affected.
I haven't been running like I use to so for my own mental health I have set myself this challenge and want to try to run it all. Exercise has always supported with my own anxieties. If you need support please always reach out. Please if you can donate do. Every little bit goes towards a great cause
