I’m taking on 10 Miles in 10 Days for Mental Health UK
From 1–10 October, I’m taking on the 10 Miles in 10 Days challenge to celebrate World Mental Health Day and support Mental Health UK.
I’ll be moving 10 miles — whether that’s walking, running, cycling, or wheeling — and raising at least £150 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
