Running for Mental Health - Paris Marathon 2025
Movement has always been my anchor. It’s how I clear my mind, reset, and find my way back to myself. Running, like yoga, teaches me that strength isn’t just in the effort. It’s in the rhythm, the breath, the moments of surrender in between.
On April 13, my 30th birthday, I’ll be running the Paris Marathon. Not just for the challenge but for what it represents. Mental health, like a marathon, requires endurance. Some days feel effortless, others feel impossible. But step by step, with the right support, we move forward.
This race is a reminder to myself and to anyone who needs it that movement heals, that our bodies and minds are deeply connected, and that we don’t have to run this race alone.
