Why I am running for Mental Health UK.

Saturday 28th Dec
One of the biggest challenges with mental health is that there are infinite causes, symptoms and ways of recognising it. Each individual has their own story on mental health. My personal journey started about 7 years ago from the loss of my father- an understandably difficult period of my life, which took me through my own journey of mental health difficulties, challenges and lessons. As cliche as it is to say, I truly believe that the biggest support I can give Mental Health is awareness. With greater awareness, comes greater comfort in people talking about it, which in turn can save lives. I am very proud to be running the Paris Marathon for Mental Health UK as it is such a great cause and one which is close to my heart. Any donation (big or small) or sharing of this great cause will be greatly appreciated. Huge thanks, Kosta.
