I'm taking on 31 Miles this August for Mental Health UK
This August, I’m taking on the 31 Mile Walk to raise money for Mental Health UK, a charity that’s incredibly close to my heart.
Mental health affects so many of us, whether personally or through the people we care about. By walking 31 miles throughout the month, I’m hoping to raise awareness and funds to help Mental Health UK continue providing vital support, advice, and services to those who need them most.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference and help ensure that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.
