I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be walking 28 miles and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone. I myself have suffered from my own mental health issues and have also seen it affect my family, friends and loved ones. 2025 was a real struggle for me so this is a cause I would like to give something back to. 

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
