Why I’m doing this!!!
Thursday 10th AprThis May, I'm taking on the challenge of walking, swimming and cycling 31 miles - one for every day of the month. Mental health isn't always visible. You can look completely fine on the outside while quietly breaking on the inside.
Every mile is a reminder that small steps matter. Progress is progress, no matter how slow.
I'm also doing this for the people in my life who've struggled with their mental health— friends, family, coursemates and work colleagues -some of whom are still fighting, and some who didn't make it through. We need to keep talking about this.
We need to show up for each other. And we need to make sure people know they're not alone. So whether you're sponsoring me, walking alongside me, or just reading this-thank you.
