I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Sunday 1st Feb I have suffered with mental health, depression, anxiety & fibromyalgia & by doing this challenge it is forcing me to get out walking and to try & change my own mindset & hopefully rasing something to help others going through similar issues .Thank you to anyone that takes the time to donate xx
