I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

These are you a few of the eventsnthat have triggered my mental state over the years
So i hope from what i have shared here today that you understand why helping people with mental health issues means so much to me
Ive been un that dark place and its very very scary and lonely
