As most of you know, supporting people’s Mental Health and raising awareness is something that’s very important to me and having gone through my own struggles over the last few months, Iv decided to sign up for the Move It For Mental Health challenge where I raise money by walking/ running 31 miles over the month of May. 

I will be dedicating this challenge to my younger cousin Danielle who we lost 4yrs ago to suicide. She would have been 32 this year so every mile is for her!

Days 13-17

Friday 17th May
Busy week again and feeling a little under the weather but been great seeing those raising awareness for Mental Health Awareness week this week! 

Days 7-12

Sunday 12th May
Been super busy since being back from Amsterdam last weekend between work and the kids but still managing the minimum target and still got the 250km target in sight. Let’s see what this week brings!

Well safe to say that going to Amsterdam for the weekend was defiantly the way to get a good head start on the challenge! Definitely need to give my poor feet a wee break but back on it tomorrow!

First day we didn’t do as much as hoped with work being so busy but totally smashed the daily target on day 2!
