I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

If you know me personally then you'll know how important this is to me right now 💚

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - maybe I'll find a creative way to make each mile different!

I'm not asking for much, just hoping to raise the suggested £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone or unsupported.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
